One month notice for use of Incirlik

Following the third decree that was ratified by the Turkish government over the use of the Incirlik Air Base, which allows allied forces to use the base, certain conditions applying to the usages were released yesterday by diplomatic sources. Allied countries such as the US, Britain and Korea should inform Turkey one month before they want to use the base.The US will be able to have a maximum of six C-17 cargo planes at the base at one time. Logistic supplies will be carried to the base by civilian of military aircraft. The US plane are forbidden to carry personnel or ammunition from the Incirlik base.Turkey has been praised by allied forces for the continuation of logistical assistance and adhering to the rules of NATO.Turkey holds sovereignty over the base. Â
