The trial of the Ocalan case in Athens held on Wednesday proved the support given by Greece to PKK terror organization for years. Greek former intelligence presidents, generals and ministers, who testified at court in order to claim retired Admiral Andonis Naksakis, who brought PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan to Greece, also voiced statements in favor of Ocalan.Retired Gen. Rihardos Kapellos said that; Many of our high-level officers have been evaluating PKK as a second army against Turkey. New Democracy Party Deputy Panos Kamenos told the court that; The Greek Foreign Ministry and the Greek intelligence (EYIP) were informed about all of the actions of Naksakis and they should be called here as defendants rather than him. If Naksasis had thought that Ocalan would be damaged, he would commit suicide by firing a bullet on his head. Former EYIP President Leonides Vailikopulos said that; Naksakis spent efforts for the life and honor of the PKK leader. Former Defense Minister Gerasimos Arsenis said that Greece have always acted with solidarity towards Kurds. Greek Former Public Order Minister Stelyos Papatemilis said that; The Greek people were in solidarity with Kurds. The victory of Ocalan and Kurds would pave way for the separation of Turkey. Now a Kurd State to be founded in Northern Iraq will pave way for the separation of Turkey.Â
