Henkel untouched by crisis

ISTANBUL – Henkel Turkey has posted an 8.1 percent increase in sales last year. The chemical company said its sales surpassed 14.1 billion euros. Henkel Turkey’s operating profit rose 9.1 to 1.49 billion euros.

The company said its purchase of Akzo Nobel the Adhesives and Electronic Materials businesses previously owned by National Starch served a great deal toward ending last year with the successful figures.
