Daily Telegraph claimed that the bomb-raids were planned in an internet cafe in Bingol from which connection with Al-Quaeda was also established. According to the daily, police confiscated equipment and materials in the "Bingol Internet Center" of which relatives of  Azad Ekinci -who is wanted for his involvement in the bomb-raid- and suicide bomber Gokhan Elaltuntas owned. According to the daily, the Bingol-origin bomb-raiders set up a terror cell in Turkey after travelling in Middle East and southern Asia.  The daily said that after the collapse of the Taliban regime,  Iran and Bingol which is close to Syria had been a heaven for Al Quaeda activities. While using Bingol as their base, terrorists sent coded messages to each other over the internet.   There is an announcement on the wall of the internet cafe at the moment. It reads:  "Entering sites that target the sovereignty of the State and the Constitution, is definitely prohibited." Â
