Turkey hopes death of Mashadov would impel parties to reconsider peaceful solutions

'Turkey adopts the principle of peaceful solution to clashes without bloodshed. We hope killing of Chechen leader Aslan Maskhadov would impel parties to reconsider such an approach,'' said Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesman Namik Tan on Wednesday.About the killing of Maskhadov, Tan said, ''we have been supporting a permanent political solution to Chechnya problem by peaceful ways and respecting human rights as well as protecting the territorial integrity of Russian Federation.''''We hope that parties would reconsider such an approach after the killing of Maskhadov,'' added Tan.Â
