Turk author chosen for theather play writers meeting

A Turkish author has become one of the five writers chosen for the "Mediterranean Theatre Play Writers' Meeting" with his first play that he wrote in French.

Sedef Ecer will receive his award in the fall together with world-renowned writers such as Matei Visniec and Philippe Djia.
The chosen plays will be read out by professional actors at the Cannes Theatre on Sept. 27.
Earlier, Ecer's play "Sur le Seuil" also won another prize from the Centre National de Theatre, the most important theater institution of
