Spain: This is All!

Spanish Prime Minister Zapatero ordered the withdrawal of Spanish troops from Iraq "At the shortest time possible." Zapatero said that, they took this decision, because they did not see any likelihood of the United Nations to intervene into Iraq.   Zapaterdo who had vowed to pulloff troops from Iraq, after being elected, said that UN had failed to keep its promise to intervene into Iraq.
