Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul told Greek Cypriot daily Politis that the Turkish side was sincere in implementing the Annan Plan.He said that “If you signed ax something, you have to implement it. The Plan bears responsibilities both for us and the Greek side. Not only Turkey, but all sides must honor the agreement.  Â
