Efforts are under way to identify the Turks aboard the plane which crashed in Afghanistan, in February, sources said on Friday. Sources stated that five Turkish forensic experts returned to Turkey after carrying out DNA tests on bodies of five of the seven Turks who were on the plane belonging to KAM Airlines, and said that they would complete their work in Turkish capital of Ankara.After this work expected to last one or two weeks, experts will contact families of these Turks and the dead bodies will be brought to Turkey by a military plane.On the other hand, bodies of two Turks who were also on the plane cannot be found yet.The passenger plane crashed in a mountainous area 30 kilometers east of Kabul during a domestic flight on February 3rd. There were 104 passengers, including nine Turks, aboard this plane.Meanwhile, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is planning to visit Afghanistan mid-April, sources said.Â
