Turkey's Dogan Holding buys real estate firm in Ukraine

Turkey's leading Dogan Holding, decided to buy Ukranian Tov D-Yapı Real Estate Investment and Construction, the company stated on Wednesday in a statement sent to Istanbul Stock Exchange.

"Dogan Holding decided to buy the Ukranian based Tov D-Yapı Real Estate Investment and Construction's stakes representing all paid 51.500 UAH ($10,900) nominal capital from its nominal value," Dogan holding said in the statement also reminding of the importance of the executive and development strategy based on real estate in the future strategies of the company.
In a previous attempt of the Dogan Holding in the real estate sector, the company cooperated with Trump Organization, a US-based real-estate developer, in April to built the first Trump Towers in the Mecidiyekoy district of Istanbul.
