ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu will visit four countries this week. Davutoğlu will hold meetings in Luxembourg, Germany, the United States and Russia from June 15-19, the Foreign Ministry has announced.

Davutoğlu attended a working meal as part of a meeting of the EU General Affairs and External Relations Council in Luxembourg on Monday.

Following his visit to Luxembourg, Davutoğlu will proceed to Germany upon an invitation by German Foreign Minister Frank Walter Steinmeier and attend meetings to discuss bilateral relations as well as regional and international matters. Davutoğlu will also give a conference at the Korber Foundation.

Davutoğlu will visit the United States after Germany and chair a United Nations Security Council meeting on Iraq on June 18.

During his visit to Russia, the Turkish foreign minister will meet Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and discuss bilateral relations and regional and international matters.
