ISTANBUL - Four workers were injured when a four-story building under construction in Istanbul’s central Kağıthane district collapsed yesterday, reported the Anatolia news agency.
The building belongs to an automotive company and it collapsed while the workers were installing concrete on the third floor. Workers Mehmet Yaşar, Said Güler, Mehmet Güler and Mustafa Yalçın were injured and went to hospital. The injured workers’ health conditions were not serious. The mayor of Kağıthane came to the scene and took information.
