ISTANBUL - Military delegation holds talks in Baku Turkey is prepared to work closely with the Azerbaijani army to bring it up to NATO standards, the second Chief of General Staff, Gen. Hasan Iğsız told journalists in Baku, Trend News Agency reported yesterday
A delegation led by Iğsız is currently in Baku to hold talks on military cooperation. Turkey and Azerbaijan will develop existing cooperation in the fields of defense and industry, Iğsız said.
