Spotify 2016’nın en çok dinlenen sanatçılarını, albümlerini, şarkılarını ve yılın müzik trendlerini gösteren verileri yayınladı. Spotify Top listelerine göre Drake, 2016’da dünyada en çok dinlenen şarkı ve albümün sahibi oldu. Rihanna ise tüm dünyada en çok dinlenen kadın sanatçı olarak bu yıl da geçen sene olduğu gibi listenin başında. Drake, Türkiye’de en çok dinlenen erkek sanatçı olurken, en çok dinlenen sanatçı koltuğunu ise ülkemizde Sia’ya kaptırdı. Aynı zamanda 2016 yılında Türkiye’de en çok dinlenen kadın sanatçısı da olan Sia’dan sonra, en çok dinlenen kadın şarkıcı ise Rihanna.
