24 people appeared before the judge at 12th Heavy Criminal Court on duty to which they were sent with the request of their arrest on the ground of the crimes of forming a crime organization with interest purpose, being a member of and helping it, seizure by violence and drafting counterfeit documents..

24 people among whom there is Sedat Peker, who was interrogated on the ground of crimes of forming a crime organization with interest purpose, seizure by violence for two times and drafting counterfeit documents and Atilla Peker and Mecnun Odyakmaz, who were interrogated on the ground of crimes of being members of a crime organization with interest purpose and seizure by violence, were set free to be tried without being arrested.

 It was stated that Peker did not accept the accusations at his interrogation at the office of public prosecutor. Peker said that he did not expect such a decision by the court.
