BRUSSELS – Debate over Turkey’s accession process to the European Union should end, said Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu.

He added that Turkey-EU relations form one of the most important steps in Turkey’s long reform process. He said the government’s will in the case of EU reforms should not be doubted but that this was not enough on its own. Social motivation by NGOs and the media was necessary, he added. Â
