Two men have been arrested for the suspected killing of former HADEP deputy chairman Hikmet Fidan. The two suspects, who have been picked up in connection to the murder, both said that they had killed Fidan under the instructions of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) terror organization. Fidan was killed by gunmen on July 6, following a refusal to join the Kurdish Party DEHAP.
