    Turkey's aid efforts to Pakistan continue

    Turkey's aid efforts to Pakistan are still continuing as a total of 32 trucks carrying humanitarian aid were dispatched on Thursday. The trucks left for the quake stricken region of Pakistan and are set to deliver medicine and other supplies to victims of the devastating quake. Humanitarian aid was collected by Turkish Red Crescent (Kizilay), Istanbul Municipality and several Turkish private companies.

    Kizilay Director General Tekin Kucukali said that Pakistani survivors were living under difficult circumstances, stating that nearly 100,000 survivors lived in tents of Turkish Red Crescent.

    Prefabricated houses, rehabilitation center, library, polyclinic, cinema and exhibition hall, computer rooms, mess hall, 20 tons of medicine and 120 tons of flour are among this recent Turkish aid to Pakistan
