A Turkish man has been killed in a roadside blast in western Afghanistan. The Turk was killed along with an Indian and their Afghan driver on Tuesday said the province's governor. The men, who were killed, were in Afghanistan to work on a road construction project in the Farah province, said the governor of the province, Izatullah Wasifi. The governor did not identify the victims or their company. It is not clear who was responsible for the blast, but an investigation is underway.
