    Travel Ban to 57 Insolvent Bank Owners

    57 insolvent bank owners were banned from traveling abroad by the Istanbul 8th High Criminal Court. Upon the demand form Banking Deposits Savings Fund (TSMF), the 8th High Criminal Court of Istanbul imposed the ban on the owners and managers of 57 bankrupt banks.

    Managers and owners, who were prohibited by court, included those from Imar Bank, Etibank, Bank Kapital and Sumerbank.

    Those banned from traveling abroad included Dinc Bilgin, Onay Bilgin, Cavit Caglar and Hayyam Gariboglu. The ruling was sent to border gates.
