    PM Erdogan headed for England on Monday

    Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan leaves Monday for England, to engage in talks which are expected to focus mostly on the recently passed motion in Turkish Parliament (TBMM) to allow military intervention in northern Iraq.

    Erdogan, who will sign a "Strategic Partnership Document" with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, will spend around 24 hours in England, visiting the British Parliament to meet with the leaders of the House of Commons and the House of Lords. He will also be making a speech at the Oxford Union at Oxford University, considered to be one of the most prestigious academic platforms in the world. The focus of Erdogan's speech at Oxford Union is to be "The regional and global visions, goals, and priorities of Turkish foreign policy."
