NATO members agreed to participate in the training mission of Iraqi military forces yesterday. At the Brussels summit all 26 members agreed to play a role in training the Iraqi military force and issued a provisional list to show their commitment.

While Canada has offered up to 30 instructors to train outside Iraq and funding of $810,000, the highest amount offered in funding, Germany was not far behind with an offer of $652,000 to fund airlifting.

Turkey offered their two officers that are currently serving in Baghdad to head a training operation that would be stationed outside of Baghdad.
