U.S. defense industry firm to invest in Turkey

ANKARA – U.S. military combat and information system company Harris Corporation has agreed with Atel Telekomunikasyon, a Turkish communication and defense system producer company, to manufacture some products to be sold in Turkey and the Middle East, Atel Telekomunikasyon's Marketing Manager Güntekin Güntay said Sunday.
"We have decided to pursue joint production with Harris Corporation in Turkey," Guntay said.
