The blast occurred at a milk processing plant in an industrial complex in Cubuk, 40 kilometers (25 miles) northeast of the capital.   Â
The district administrator of Cubuk, Meftun Dalli, told the Anatolian Agency on Thursday that two workers had been killed and five injured when a steam boiler at a milk processing plant exploded in the town.                     Â
