Turkey's growth rate expectation fell to 3.6 percent from an earlier 3.9 percent, Turkey’s central bank said in its survey of expectations report issued on Thursday.

Turkey's year-end inflation expectations also fell to 10.40 percent, a central bank survey showed on Thursday.

 

According to the survey, Turkey's year-end inflation expectations also fell 0.30 percent and revised to 10.40 percent from earlier 10.70 percent in late September.

 

The survey also showed that predictions on year-end current account deficit were down to $51.089 billion, from $51.156 billion.

 

The twice monthly study, which surveys economists and experts in the financial sector, also predicted a rise in expectations for end-2008 U.S. dollar rate to 1.3619 YTL, up from 1.2806 YTL.
