Special amnesty for Erbakan worries legal experts

If the AKP's rescue offer for former Prime Minister Necmettin Erbakan becomes legalized, the former PM will serve out his 2 year 4 month sentence in the "Refah Party missing trillions" case in his house, over a period of 11 months. In justice circles however, there is a fear that the a special amnesty for Erbakan could turn into a general amnesty for fraudsters and those dealing in corruption.
