    Moody’s Warns Turkey About Deficit

    International credit rating institution Moody’s said that the growth in the current deficit of the Turkish current transactions was concerning.

    With a raise of 314 %, the current deficit of Turkey rose to 783 million dollars in January, over the preceding year.

    Moody’s Deputy President Kristin Lindow said that the growing deficit in Turkey was a source of concern also for the investors and upgrading Turkey’s rating was out of the question for the moment.
