MGK Secretary General Alpdogan due to D.C.

National Security Council (MGK) SG Yigit Alpogan will pay an official visit to the US between Jan., 23-27 upon the invitation of Stephen Hadley, Adviser of the US President For National Security Affairs. MGK Office said on Tuesday that Alpogan will separately meet US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Stephen Hadley on Jan. 23rd.

Alpogan will later meet US Defense Department Undersecretary Eric Edelman; Nicholas Burns, the US Undersecretary for Political Affairs (State Department) and also deliver speeches in some think-tanks.
During Alpogan's meetings in the US, Turkey-US relations, regionaland international issues will also be taken up.
