Kirci is Wanted

The Heavy Penal Court of Salihli removed the ruling for the release of Haluk Kirci, convicted of murdering 7 young university students from the Workers' Party.Referring to a similar ruling by the Appeals Court on Mustafa Izol, the court decided to re-execute the prison sentence of Kirci.  Ersen Sansal, the Attorney of the victims caused this ruling to be made, by his appeal. Now Kirci will have to be captured , to be put into prison. The High Appeals Court had converted the death prison sentence given to Izol for killing 12 people in 1980 to a life prison sentence but the man was released him, on the basis of the Anti-Terror Law.  The reversal of the ruling will have Izol enter prison for another 7-year term.
