Planes scheduled to leave Turkey for Pakistan following the enormous 7.6 Richter earthquake centered in Pakistan this weekend were held up for exactly 10 hours by Iran, due to bureaucratic tangles involving landing permission. The planes, carrying 93 search and rescue personnel, as well as 2 ambulances, 5 rescue vehicles, 3 search and rescue dogs, and various medical supplies, didn't receive landing permission until last last night, forcing them to delay their departure from Turkey until early this morning.
