Imar Bank Convicts Had Destroyed 140 Sacks Of Documents

First suits brought in the Imar bank case started to be tackled by courts. In the trial of 22 convicts from the Merkez Investment Inc., including Bahattin Uzan, it was revealed that 140 sacks of documents were destroyed by the convicts.

Bahattin Uzan, a member of the directors board of the Merkez Investment, and Hakan, and Kemal Uzan reportedly depicted themselves as if they resigned from their duties in the company, however they did not follow the necessary procedure, which nullified the legal validity of this move.
