Horrible Offer

Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul said that Saddam Hussein offered Turkey to behead Kurds prior to the Iraqi War, however Turkey had rejected this offer without any hesitation. When the statement of Hosyar Zebari, the Iraqi Foreign Minister, that they did not want any Turkish troops in Iraq, Gul, who is in Malaysia to attend the meetings of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), said, “Who did protect you for 10-15 years? Saddam offered everything to us. He suggested beheading Kurds together with us. Turkey refused this without any hesitation. If we had a secret plan on Iraq, we had cooperated with Saddam beforehand.”�
