Erdoğan: Turkey should get used to "referendum culture"

While preparations for arguments against the referendum are taking place, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has made a statement to the contrary.

Speaking at an Iftar (fast-breaking) dinner organised by the Istanbul branch of his ruling AKP, Erdoğan said that Turkey should "get used to the referendum culture."
The prime minister also likened disputes over the constitution to drowning an unborn child.
