Erdogan to go to New York over the Cyprus Issue

Following Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's trip to Spain last week for the summit on terrorism, UN Secretary Kofi Annan has called for further meetings to take place with the PM over the Cyprus Issue.   A preliminary meeting has been scheduled between the prime minister and UN secretary for June. Erdogan will travel to New York for the meeting that is expected to bear some "concrete steps on the Cyprus issue from both the EU and the UN". Â
