Expert Sergeant Saadettin Yazici of the Turkish armed forces has been killed in clashes in the provincial area outside of Giresun between security forces and PKK terrorists.

According to information from Armagan Onal, the provincial governor of Alucra, fighting took place on the land outside of Tepekoy village outside of Alucra. Military sources note that operations throughout the area are continuing in pursuit of the PKK forces hiding in the region.
