Government on job drive

The government on a drive to create more jobs, is to employ 100,000 new personnel according to a statement issued by Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Ali Sahin. The statement said that the cabinet has decided to hold a public examination – as it did in July 2004 – in order to recruit new staff. In related news, Sahin said that a draft to establish development agencies in order to boost investments would be discussed in Parliament
