Turkish MPs from the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) would not go to Yerevan to watch a football game between Armenia and Turkey on Sept. 6, the state-run Anatolian Agency reported on Tuesday. (UPDATED)
The MPs would not go to Yerevan in accordance with a decision made by the office of the party's group chairman, the agency said.
Some MPs from the AKP had been earlier reported to apply to the party administration to watch the World Cup qualifying match between Turkey and Armenia on Sept. 6.
