Four civilians were killed and four soldiers, two civilians and a member of a village guard forces were wounded in three separate attacks carried by the separatist organization PKK in the Batman, Bingol and Siirt provinces of Turkey on Friday (UPDATED).

A roadside land-mine planted by the PKK exploded killing four people, injuring two others in a minibus. The blast occurred in Sason town of the southeastern city of Batman as the minibus carrying villagers was passing by.

Recep Kizilcik, governor of the city, told the state-run Anatolian Agency it was a remote-control bomb which targeted the minibus. Kizilcik said there were village guards among the passengers on the minibus.

In another attack, a military officer and a member of a village guard forces were injured in a landmine blast in the southeastern province of Siirt. 

In third separate attack, three soldiers were injured when a land-mine planted by the PKK terrorist organization exploded as the military vehicle they were traveling in passed by in the Adakli town of Bingol.
