Turk court denies report on AKP case ready

Deputy chairman of the Constitutional Court denied the reports on Wednesday the rapporteur recommend the court to accept the lawsuit against AKP in his preliminary analysis. (UPDATED)
"The reports saying the rapporteur who makes the initial analysis on the indictment of the closure case (against AKP) prepared its preliminary report, are not true," Alifeyyaz Paksut told the official Anatolian Agency.
ANKA news agency earlier reported the rapporteur concluded that the Constitutional Court can accept the application, ANKA news agency reported on Thursday.

The Chairman of the Constitutional Court will decide whether to discuss the report of rapporteur in the sessions that will be held on March 28 or March 31st, ANKA said quoting sources close to the Court.
The Court will decide on accepting the application or not. If the Court decides on discussing the merits of the case, then, AKP will have one month to submit its preliminary defense.Â
