Scrap steel prices decreasing

ISTANBUL - Turkish buyers’ absence in the scrap steel market has led to further price decreases, according to a report by Steel Business Briefing yesterday.
In the second week of February, only two deep sea cargoes have been booked, one from the US and the other from Britain, the Briefing reported. A steel producer told the Briefing more price decreases are possible until March.
