Bird flu alarm sounds anew in Europe
 The bird flu alarm has once more been raised in Europe, with traces of the deadly H5N1 virus discovered in dead birds in Germany and France. With France the largest European producer of poultry animals, new precautions have been put into place against bird flu.
Last month in the Czech Republic, there was a case of bird flu discovered. Since April 2006, bird flu had not been seen in France.
