Last aeroplane landed Thursday

The ILDT type 4-motor cargo plane belonging to private Iranian airlines Parsair was forced to land at Diyarbakir Airport on Thursday at 18:30. Dogan News Agency correspondents were able to get footage of the aircraft.

Aircraft loaded with missiles prevented

According to a news article appearing yesterday in the American newspaper USA Today, another aircraft arriving from Iran was prevented from leaving Diyarbakir when US spy satellites spotted three missile launchers as well as eight boxes containing Chinese-made C-802 Nur missiles.

First Iraq, then Turkey

This Iranian aircraft, filled with arms, initially requested permission to use Iraqi airspace on 20th July. When denied permission, the plane headed towards Turkey. When warned that the plane would be searched, however, the Iranian aircraft returned to Tehran.Â
