Haberin Devamı

There was mayhem at Ankara Judicial Court concerning suspicions about the origin of meat being served in the canteen, where nearly 3000 people including hundreds of public prosecutors and judges, eat every day. Mr. Ali F.S., proprietor of the company that has been supplying food for 4 months, has been arrested.

The suspect meat, found during routine quality control, was sent for analysis. It was stated in the report that the meat belonged to single-hoof animals, such as horses, dogs or donkeys, but a demand for verification of the results revealed that the meat was in fact beef. The report following the second analysis of the meat samples stated, “meat from single-hoof animals or pigs” was not detected. Ankara Prosecuting Office has begun an investigation into the matter.
